More on Sandy "Pants" Berger

Robert Moran has a short article on the Sandy Burglar affair at NRO here. He calls for the republicans to put forth a bill that would call for harsher penalties (being grounded by your parents is harsher than Berger's plea agreement) for stealing classified documents. It's a good idea, and one that the republican's should consider.
