North Korea

So, North Korea now claims that they have nuclear weapons. I guess the Clinton/Albright foreign policy of "promise mommy and daddy you won't make any nasty nukes" didn't quite work. Did Clinton do anything during his 8 years in office? (Insert shameless lewinsky joke here.)
