Senility Sets In

Former president Carter continues to show that he is out of touch with the rest of the world. He is without question the worst president of the 20th century, if not the history of the country. Now he has this to say about the UN's little terrorist.

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter called Arafat "the father of the modern Palestinian nationalist movement" and "a powerful human symbol and forceful advocate."

"While he provided indispensable leadership to a revolutionary movement and was instrumental in forging a peace agreement with Israel in 1993, he was excluded from the negotiating role in more recent years," Carter said in a statement issued by his office.

Arafat's goals were never for a Palestinian state, nor was he ever serious about a peace agreement with the Israeli's. His goal in life was to wipe out the state of Israel and to occupy their country. He didn't care how many people he killed to accomplish this task. Again, I urge you to look at the "obituary" over at Pajama Hadin.
